At Fairfield Homes, Inc. we honor a 4-day workweek. We are available Monday-Thursday (with the exception of holidays) from 8:30am-4:30pm. Please contact us directly if you wish to tour the community or meet with the Community Manager prior to arriving.
Villa Park is a place where you can enjoy comfortable living at an affordable cost. Our one-bedroom apartments are designed for residents 62 years of age and older or individuals with disabilities regardless of age. For families of three or more, we are pleased to offer three- and four-bedroom apartments only a short distance from shopping, restaurants, and banks! Villa Park also offers a community room that is available to residents for activities with other residents and guests.
