We have partnered with Vendor Credentialing to administer Fairfield Homes, Inc. vendor credentialing/insurance tracking. As a valued vendor partner, this required process allows you to work for all of our managed communities.

Vendor Credentialing
Some significant benefits for you that come with the Vendor Credentialing partnership include:
- Full Service
Vendor Credentialing allows for a paperless process for you. The system works directly with your agent(s) , leaving less work for you.
- Increased Visibility
All vendor partners that enroll can capitalize on extra exposure via the Vendor Credentialing database outside of Fairfield Homes to include all Vendor Credentialing customers nationwide.
- Approved for All
Once approved, your organization is an official partner of all Fairfield Homes, Inc. properties with equal or lesser requirements.
- Expiration Notifications
Once you’ve completed the registration process, Vendor Credentialing will handle expirations directly with your agents.
