Fairfield Homes, Inc. along with valued partners, celebrated the Grand Opening event for The Reserve at Mt. Gilead Phase I on Thursday, November 14th.
This 47-unit new construction development in Morrow County represents an exciting opportunity to fill the need for high-quality, affordable housing for seniors aged 55 and better. The Reserve at Mount Gilead is a three-story elevator building with 35 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom floorplans. The community is located within a mile radius of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies, medical clinics, hospitals, public recreation center, public parks, and employment opportunities.
The community will provide on-site supportive services to the senior residents in partnership with United Church Homes with support from Seniors on Center. The services will include coordination of wellness services (meals, homemaker services, utility assistance, etc.), health and medical assistance, legal counseling, transportation services, and connections to resources and information.
The second phase of this project, the Reserve at Mt. Gilead II, is currently under construction with plans for opening late spring of 2025. Pre-leasing for this property, which will bring an additional 43 units to the area, will begin in February of 2025.
