Reserve at Hunter Trace: Senior Housing coming to Lancaster, OH!

We are excited to announce the closing of Reserve at Hunter Trace, which will add 95 units of senior housing right here in Lancaster in 2026.

Located near the Fairfield Heritage Trail bike path and just one mile from downtown, residents will have convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, healthcare, recreation, and employment opportunities. This new community will provide a high-quality, comfortable, and well-connected place to call home for Seniors 55 and better.

The three-story, elevator-serviced building will feature 70 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom apartments, all designed with energy efficiency and comfort in mind. Each unit will include Energy Star appliances, walk-in closets, and vinyl plank flooring. Residents will also enjoy shared community spaces such as a lounge, a community room with a kitchenette, resident storage, a laundry room, and an on-site leasing office. The project will meet sustainability standards under the U.S. Green Building Council rating system to ensure long-term environmental sustainability.

This project would not be possible without the support of our incredible partners: OHFA, OCCH, Huntington Bank, Affordable Housing Trust of Franklin County, Churchill Stateside Group, City of Lancaster, Lancaster Port Authority, Columbus Design Co, and Gorsuch Construction Inc.

Stay tuned for construction updates as we bring Reserve at Hunter Trace to life and continue our mission of building community through high-quality housing for seniors in Ohio.
